This month, Wendy’s will be adding a brand-new holiday delight to their menu, in addition to two new sandwiches and a new variety of fries.
A number of leaks on Reddit as well as internal material that was shared with The Fast Food Post indicate that the four new products will be available at the chain’s locations across the country beginning on November 15.
In addition to an Italian Mozzarella Chicken Sandwich, an Italian Mozzarella Cheeseburger, and Garlic Fries, Wendy’s is planning to introduce a limited-time Peppermint Frosty during the holiday season.
According to Fast Food Post, the Peppermint Frosty will be made by adding peppermint syrup to a vanilla Frosty base and blending the two together.
Next to the time-honored favorite chocolate, the seasonal treat with a focus on the holidays will take the place of the much-maligned Strawberry Frosty, which is presently offered as a choice on the menu.
On social media networks like Tik Tok and Twitter, where discussions of the Peppermint Frosty have started to emerge, many loyal customers have expressed their excitement over the prospect of giving it a try.
The popular Tik Tok content maker @snackolator uploaded a video that has received more than 17,000 views in which they discuss the upcoming Frosty debut. One user said, “I’ll be there daily,” while another user commented, “Excited! I adore ice cream with peppermint in it!
The two new sandwiches that are being added to the Made to Crave line will each contain double the amount of mozzarella, consisting of a slice of mozzarella that has been melted and a piece of mozzarella that has been fried until it is warm and gooey. They will also be covered in marinara sauce and sandwiched in between a buttery garlic knot bread. Finally, they will be served.
These soon-to-be-released Italian mozzarella sandwiches have been compared to Culver’s famous Curderburger, and the release of these sandwiches couldn’t have been more timed, as Culver’s will soon be retiring their Curderburger from their menu.
You may order any of them with Wendy’s new fancy new garlic fries, which are their traditional fries with a hefty amount of garlic flavor sprinkled on top.
Be sure to pick up a Frosty Key Tag, which is also making a reappearance this year, before you go and get your hands on the first peppermint-flavored Frosty of the year.
You can make a donation of $2 to the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption by purchasing a Key Tag for yourself, and in exchange, you will receive a FREE Jr. Frosty with every purchase you make for the next 365 days!
